These are the terms of use that rule the use of the Hellosafe.chh website ("Website"). Please read them carefully. When entering the Website, you acknowledge having read them and agree to respect them. HelloSafe reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time and without notice.

HelloSafe is an INSURANCE PRICE COMPARISON SITE that offers quick quotes to give you an idea of the insurance products that our broker partners can underwrite for you. To do this, you need to complete a quick quote request for the insurance product of your choice. HelloSafe will then forward this information, with your consent, to our duly certified broker partners, who will promptly provide you with one or more insurance quotes to suit your needs. It is then up to you to decide whether or not to purchase the product of your choice, based on the professional advice of our broker partners.
The process for accessing insurance quotes or other products is as follows:
- Choose the product category you are interested in
- Complete the form for that product
- Receive a quick quote
- Get the advice and coverage you need from our broker partners.

The comparisons offered on the French-language platform of the Hellosafe.ch website apply to people residing in Switzerland.
Quotes requests
You assume full responsibility for any quote request completed on the Website and agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information in good faith in order to obtain insurance quotes from companies listed on the Hellosafe.ch website.
HelloSafe will forward your quote request to certain of its business partners who are in a position to provide you with an insurance quote. These partners will get back to you by e-mail, text message, telephone or post, with a quote corresponding to the needs you expressed in the form.
You can obtain up to three quotes from three different partners. If, however, your request is very specific, it may be that the quotes come from a single partner specializing in the required field.
Protection of personal information
The confidentiality and security of personal information is one of HelloSafe's top priorities. Accordingly, we have implemented rigorous control measures within our organization to guarantee the protection of your privacy, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for its use and undertake not to divulge it to third parties. HelloSafe cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the illegitimate use of your password or data by third parties.

Consequently, HelloSafe is not a party to any offer, commitment or insurance contract that may be entered into between you and an insurer as a result of a quote request and assumes no responsibility in this regard, nor for any representations made by its business partners.
Neither the means made available to you by HelloSafe to solicit insurance offers or proposals, nor the information published, confer any additional rights either to the insurance contracts as they will be concluded with the companies concerned, or to the insurance contracts already concluded with these same companies. Only the clauses of the policy taken out with the company will apply.
The provision of an insurance offer - either on-screen or by e-mail - does not imply that the "client" will automatically be accepted by the insurance company that sent the offer. It is only after evaluation of the policy application, submitted by the customer, that the company will take - within the framework of its acceptance policy - the decision to accept or decline the customer/risk.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and HelloSafe. If any provision of these terms of use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue to apply.
Any dispute arising from the use of our site shall be governed by Swiss law and the Swiss courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Comparison service
HelloSafe offers a comparison tool enabling the User, depending on the needs expressed by filling in a form, depending on the parameters of the Site and also depending on modifiable presentation criteria, to compare the offers of several companies, in particular insurance companies and financial institutions, by price, monthly or annual, depending on the User's choice, excluding the first monthly payment.
HelloSafe does not hold any equity interest in any insurance company or financial institution whose offers are compared on the Site, and none of its partners holds any equity interest in HelloSafe. HelloSafe is therefore legally and financially independent of the partners listed on the Site. HelloSafe is contractually bound to the partners listed on the Site, without this affecting the order in which the offers are listed on the Site, as detailed below.
